澳大利亚移民局新年发布消息，从2010年1月1日起，澳洲技术移民有如下的变化：

1.885，886，487签证类别的申请人必须要有职业评估通过函，才能向移民局递交签证申请；但是485签证申请人只要递交了职业评估，就可以向移民局递交申请。

2.如果是技工类别（TRA评估机构），885，886，487签证类别的申请人，需要向TRA评估机构进行Job Ready Test （工作预备测试）后才能递交签证申请；但是对于中国境内的申请人，则无需进行此测试就可以申请175，176和475签证，也就是说对于中国境内的申请人 没有任何的影响。

3.英语水平变化：技工类别（TRA评估机构）的申请人不管是在澳洲境内申请还是在海外申请，IELTS要求都是每门6分。（注：全文较长，摘取最重要三条）

专家点评：广东俊汇移民高级顾问认为，本次政策对于中国境内的申请人来说影响不大。主要影响的是在澳大利亚刚毕业生的学生递出的“境内申请”。读TAFE 的学生来说，毕业后拿“绿卡”的难度比以前大很多。因为仅仅以往的900小时的实习经历是不够的，要经过TRA的Job Ready Test，而且IELTS要求提高到了每门6分。

有澳大利亚永久居民一针见血地指出，澳大利亚这是在保护国内就业，而对海外技工毕业生下“逐客令”。留学生过去是移民的主力，现在的签证处理速度大大减 缓，有大量够条件申请技术移民的毕业生在澳大利亚苦等。大批滞留的毕业生给澳洲的经济带来了压力，失业率由4%上升至7%。元旦新政政策提高“境内申请” 的门槛，维持“海外申请”的现状，就是引导毕业生回祖国申请。至于回国能否申请得上，又另当别论了，反正是扔掉了“烫手山芋”。

移民专家表示，TAFE学生移民几乎没有胜算，如果家长希望子女在澳大利亚发展，目前最简单的办法是通过商业移民来带子女赴澳大利亚定居。2010年澳大利亚商业移民的配额没有减少，反而比去年有少量增加，由7500增加到7800人。
