最近想换个房子，在老外的几个网站上发了个人情况和想租房的信息， 今天早上接到了一封鬼妹来信， 内容如下

Hello Mate, Your ad on share accommodation interests me that youneed an accommodation for rent , I have two spare rooms in my flatwhich is available. This beautiful apartment is located on 308pitt street,Princeton apartment which is 4 mins walk to town hallstation and 3 mins walk to world square. It is a 3 bedroom apartment onlevel 22.The large sized master room has its own bathroom and balconywith a bit of a darling harbor view. Queen-size bed with two bed sidesdesk walk in wardrobe and tea table. The whole apartment is beautifullyfull furnished. This 2 bedroomsunit has gas cooking internal laundry balcony LCD TV Home surroundsound system and Wireless internet.This unit is a perfect idea forsomeone looking for quiet city living with a certain standard. No onelives in the living room and am the only person living in thisapartment at the moment. Thebuilding has full facilities such as swimming pool ,gym ,mini golf,outdoor BBQ etc.The rent includes all the bills.I am looking for niceand clean people who are easy going. Couples are welcome.Its availablenow. Rent is reasonable at only 600$per month including Utilitybills and 600$ refundable bond deposit for the apartment. Let me knowif you are interested so that i can book your reservation asap. Kindly get back to me as i have people mailing and calling regarding my apartment.

说实话，悉尼 CITY里面一个月Master room很少有一周300以下的，这每月600， 相当每周150， 价格也太诱人了，天下没免费的宴席， 我已经开始警惕，抱着怀疑的心态回复说， 我们是couple ，要是住是什么价钱？ 当天晚上就邮件收到回复， 如下

I supply Local/international fabrics and Handcrafts exclusively to stores in the AU ,United Kingdom and across Europe. Iam not in Australia at the moment because,I lost my father and as thehead of the family i have to go back home to make necessary Funeralarrangements and also plans for the management of the family businesswhich will take me few weeks before i get back to the AU. So fornow,am in the UK and the keys/documents of the house are with me here.Idont want my apartment to be used anyhow in my absence that’s why Itook them along with me here because,i lost so many things the lasttime i dropped my keys for anyone that wants to view my apartment forrent and am not ready to loose anything again. Ihope you will take very good care of the apartment as I am not around.If you are comfortable with the price and willing to proceed kindlymail me back.My apartment is not a shared apartment.You will have yourprivate bedroom with bathroom and toilet in it. However you canstill move in while am away, because i deposited the Spare Keys of theapartment with the DHL Office over there so if you really want to movein I will send you the Reference Number (code number) that you willpresent at the DHL Office so as to get the spare keys that I depositedwith them or better still I can send the Keys, directly to yourpresent address.

觉得很不对劲了，一是老外很少愿意和couple住的，何况和Couple还不加钱？另外，她家里爸爸去世的事情干嘛告诉我， 她家被偷过也干嘛告诉我？还想直接把钥匙邮寄给我？ 这么多好事情？  但是还是礼貌的回了，说等你处理完你爸爸的事情回澳洲再说吧， 这就引出下封邮件的问题了，我的回信根本没有问怎么交房租 ， 就俩句话，第一句，等你回澳洲再说，第二句， sorry for your lost ，我想对人家失去亲人还是表示下吧 。 邮件发出去1分钟就收到了一篇长长的回复，她得打字得多块，思维多敏捷啊，才能在1分钟就噼里啪啦打出这么多字？内容 如下

Thanks for your email. I would have loved to meet you first before weproceed, but I am very busy at this time. I have lots of people askingfor the rooms immediately i place the advert, you’ll have to act veryfast if you really want to rent the room. I’m not in town rightnow, I’m here in the UK for a project to be supervised by me and iwon’t be back until 8 weeks time which was stated in my previous mailto you. But, i will not allow that to stop your viewing and moving inas i have deposited the apartment keys to the DHL office in Sydneythere. I understand and accept that you have to see theapartment before you make any payment, but you need to be considerateas well. This could be possible but for a reason , i have given outkeys to erring flatmate who have inspected apartment while i was away ,all they did was stole some items out so this is not safe for me , dontwana loose anything further to this vein i have decided to beef upsecurities there so anyone who wishes to view from within needs a proofof documentation before been allowed in, these includes a receipt ofpayment of rent at leas 2weeks with bond(security deposit) with asigned lease documents, so once all these are done you can see or elseyou can only go have a look from outside and see if you are ok then weproceed thanks. 看到这，我坚信遇到鬼佬骗子了， 想抓住人占便宜的心理， 不过这骗术实在不高明。 第一，转变太快，这封邮件在英国呆这么久不是因为爸爸去世了，是因为英国有项目。需要等8周才能回悉尼。  第二，我根本没问价钱的事情，但是她却回复说理解我先看房子后交钱的想法，又bulabula讲了一大堆以前被偷过如何如何， 所以，先交俩周钱，才能把钥匙邮寄给我，就可以看房子了。

这骗术不怎么高明， 但也够叫人提心吊胆的，原来就想着出国小心被自己人骗了， 结果到处都是陷阱， 还是时刻警惕着吧….时刻得牢记着点，天上掉馅饼的事和咱没关系啊

这几天接连接触到几个关于留学生找工作的问题。

1.大部分的part time工都是10澳元左右（当然是纯劳动力，洗盘子刷碗搬货等）。

2.悉尼日报也有报道关于海外留学生在澳大利亚被严重剥削几乎是奴隶的报道：Foreign students exploited as slaves

3.就算10澳元左右的工作留学生也不容易找到，这时就会有中介收取一定的费用帮你找。我就差点着道，那个中介就在susex street。其实也不算骗人，他们也会帮你找，只不过找到找不到就不一定了。

4.我的一个同学为了900小时工作经验，已经准备为一家中文报社去免费打杂了。（报社的名字实在不便透露）。

总之，中国留学生们真的很辛苦，为了生活他们甘愿在澳大利亚沦为奴隶。。
